Dr. Stephen Julian is President of Julian Consulting, a firm specializing in team health, effective communication, and leadership development. He has worked with leaders and their teams for nearly 30 years in a variety of settings – including Africa, South and Central America. A passionate and gifted communicator, Stephen desires to free people to be themselves and to appreciate others so that healthy teams can emerge and be deployed. 

Timothy Parsons is the Emergency Case Manager at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Specializing in acute crisis intervention, he helps at-risk students who are dealing with a variety of significant issues that are impacting their ability to be successful. Tim is clinically trained and has worked in various settings, including private practice, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, ministry, and overseas international education.
